Privacy Policy

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
• When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type. Do not put passwords or card numbers into it.
• When you become a client: billing name, email, billing address and business details.
• When you pay: handled entirely by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches this website or our systems.

To reply to you, to design and build what you have asked for, to host and maintain it, to take payment, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. That is the complete list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

These companies handle data on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices. Stripe stores your card details, not us.
• Cloudflare: hosting, DNS and content delivery for this site and for client sites.
• Resend: delivery of contact-form emails.
• Anthropic: powers the chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you are a client, and then for the period tax law requires us to retain financial records. Site backups are kept for 30 days after a care plan ends.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small flag in your browser to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. That flag never leaves your device.

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and active clients are told by email.
