How paying works. Half the build fee up front and I start work. The other half is due when the site is finished and you have seen it, and that payment also starts your first month of care. After that it is just the monthly. You never pay for a site you have not seen, and I never build one that has not been committed to.

The build fee is a one-off; the monthly keeps the site hosted, updated and looked after. See what it covers. The monthly runs for a minimum of 3 months, then month to month. Build figures are for a typical project of that size, not a quote. What moves them is below, and you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Prefer to pay once and own it outright with no monthly? That is available too, just ask.

No two projects need the same amount of work. These are the honest factors, not a smokescreen for not showing figures.

Number of pages

A five-page brochure site and a forty-page site with a resource library are different jobs. More pages means more design, more writing, more testing.

Custom vs adapted design

A design built from your brand, your photos and your layout costs more than adapting a proven template. Both are done properly. One just starts further back.

Bespoke animation or 3D

Scroll-driven motion, a real-time 3D scene or a signature interaction is bespoke engineering, not a plugin, so it is scoped and priced on its own.

E-commerce or booking logic

Selling products, taking payments or managing bookings brings in inventory, checkout and edge cases a brochure site never has to handle.

Content and photography

Writing the copy and shooting or sourcing photography for you takes real time. Handing us finished content keeps a project leaner.

Integrations

Connecting a CRM, booking system, email tool or other software adds setup, testing and sometimes a subscription cost outside our fee.

The monthly runs for a minimum of 3 months and is month to month after that, so you can cancel any time from then on. You own the domain, the code and the content throughout, and if you leave it all comes with you. Any third-party subscriptions your site needs are billed at cost, never marked up.

Why a build fee AND a monthly?

The monthly is what lets the build fee be small. It covers hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring and real changes to your site, so instead of a big bill up front and a site that slowly rots, you get a low start and a site that stays looked after. Prefer to pay once and own it outright with no monthly? That is available too, just ask.

Am I tied in?

Pick your term: 3, 6 or 12 months. After it ends you are month to month and can cancel any time. Pay the whole term up front if you prefer: 12 months up front gets you two months free. You own the domain, the code and the content the whole way through, so if you leave, everything comes with you.

How long does a website take?

A Starter Tier site is usually live in 2 to 3 weeks. Business Tier sites take 4 to 6 weeks. 3D experiences and web apps are scoped individually.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own the domain, the code and the content. If you ever leave, everything comes with you.

Can you update my existing site?

Often, yes, but if it is built on an old template we will usually recommend a rebuild and show you why.

Will the 3D stuff work on phones?

Yes. Every 3D scene is built with a lighter mobile version and a static fallback, so the site never breaks or lags.
